Recruitment Operator SOP

Follow these steps exactly. Do not skip steps. Do not change messages.

FIND A LEAD

  1. 1.Go to the recruitment source (assigned website/platform)
  2. 2.Find a person who:
  3. •looks active
  4. •has a profile
  5. 3.Copy their username and profile link

CREATE LEAD IN SYSTEM

  1. 1.Go to Base → Recruitment section
  2. 2.Click "New Lead"
  3. 3.Fill in:
  4. •Username / Name
  5. •Platform
  6. •Profile Link
  7. •Country (if visible)
  8. 4.Click Save

SEND FIRST MESSAGE

Copy and send this EXACT message:

"Hey, quick question — are you currently looking for online work or extra income?"

UPDATE STATUS

After sending message:

Set status = "Messaged"

WAIT FOR REPLY

If no reply:

leave as is

If they reply:

Set status = "Replied"

IF INTERESTED

If they show interest, send:

"Nice — we're onboarding people into a simple online system. You'll get tasks, training, and daily earning opportunities.

If you're interested, sign up here:

[YOUR LINK + REFERRAL CODE]"

Then:

Set status = "Interested"

SIGNUP TRACKING

Do NOT mark as signed up manually.

System will track:

• referral code signups

When confirmed:

• status will update to "Signed Up"

  • •Do NOT message without logging lead
  • •Do NOT move to WhatsApp
  • •Do NOT explain the system in detail
  • •Do NOT argue with anyone
  • •If confused → stop and ask
