1See a new message on Instagram — copy it
2Click "New Message" on this dashboard, enter the username + paste the full message → Create Task
3Click "Open Meta Business Suite" to go to Instagram
4Write your own reply to the customer and send it on Instagram
5Come back and type your reply in the "Your Reply" box — rate it and add tags/notes
6Click "Mark as Replied"
7Set a follow-up timer if needed
