Instagram Access Setup

Secure & correct way to grant Instagram access to workers using Meta Business Suite

⚠️ Core Rules (READ FIRST)

Do NOT share Instagram passwords with workers
ALWAYS use Meta Business Suite permissions
Instagram must be connected to Facebook Page before assigning access
Avoid switching accounts on same browser (causes auto-login conflicts)

Login to Meta Business

•Go to https://business.facebook.com/
•Email: xgroupx3@gmail.com
•Password: Digitalmoney1 (X0)
•Complete authentication if required

Access Business Settings

•Go to https://business.facebook.com/settings
•Click Users
•Click People

Invite Worker

•Click Add/Invite
•Enter worker's email
•Assign role (Employee recommended)
•Only give Admin if absolutely necessary

Connect Instagram (if needed)

•Go to Accounts → Instagram Accounts
•Click Add
•Log into the Instagram account
•Link it to the correct Facebook Page

Assign Access Permissions

•Go to Accounts → Instagram Accounts
•Select the Instagram account
•Click Assign People
•Choose the worker
•Enable: Messages, Comments, Content (as needed)

Worker Requirements

📨 Send this checklist to the worker before they start. Make sure they have everything below ready before you invite them on Meta Business Suite.

Must have their own Facebook account
Must have access to Meta Business Suite (desktop preferred)
Must be able to accept email invite
